PolyLuthier explore data — purchase terms
Version PL-EXPLORE-DATA-2026-10-29.1. This schedule describes the explore-data download that Sunnyday Technologies LLC sells for PolyLuthier through x402. It applies only to that download.
What the purchase provides
One zip archive of the PolyLuthier explore data for the identified edition:
- the six calculated design-study runs and the trade-off summary;
- the Auxetivarius preview geometry and its attribution.
The archive contains the same files that the PolyLuthier explorer at app.polyluthier.com shows, plus a README and a manifest of SHA-256 hashes.
The runs are reduced-order calculations, not measurements. The geometry is a design preview, not a manufacturing model. No acoustic result, playability, durability, safety or fitness for any purpose is represented. Physical measurement and listening tests are still needed.
The purchase includes no custom analysis, consultation, subscription or future update. When a new edition is published, it is a separate purchase.
Price and access
The seller total is 5.00 USDC on Base (5,000,000 atomic units), approximately $5 USD equivalent. It is available to eligible purchasers located in the United States during this pilot.
- Tax: any required seller-collected tax is included in that total. If required tax or accounting treatment cannot be applied correctly, sales remain unavailable.
- Network fee: a purchaser's wallet may separately disclose a network fee before authorization.
People using the explorer at app.polyluthier.com read the explore data free after a one-click check, run by Cloudflare Turnstile and confirmed by our server. The check sets no PolyLuthier cookie. This purchase is the automated-access route for software agents and anyone who wants the full edition as one download.
How an agent orders:
- An authorized person or purchasing agent orders the archive at

- One confirmed purchase provides the archive without automatic renewal.
- Keep the purchase reference and private replay proof securely. Do not publish the proof or send it to support.
- Replaying the same paid order must not charge it again.

The data and geometry are adaptations of:

They are licensed CC BY-SA 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/).
- What the payment covers: automated delivery from our servers. It does not change, narrow or add conditions to that license.
- Your obligations: keep the attribution in
LICENSES.txtandmodels/ATTRIBUTION.txt, and share adaptations under the same license. - Endorsement: none by the source creators is implied.
- What is not transferred: no trademarks, patents, private source files or models beyond the archive.
Delivery support and records
Delivery-recovery support lasts 30 calendar days after confirmed settlement. It covers missing, unreadable, duplicate or version-mismatched delivery of the purchased edition. It does not promise updates or indefinite hosting.

- Unknown settlement is investigated before any repeat payment is requested.
- The remedy is correct version-matched delivery, a refund or another remedy that applicable law requires.
- No new liability cap is introduced, and no mandatory right is waived.
